If the delivery is postponed by the buyer more than 2 times, the delivery fee for the third attempt is increased by 70 lei. Please make sure that you are available to accept the parcel on the specified day to avoid additional costs.

If the order was placed before 12 p.m delivery will be on the same day (Mon - Fri). If the order was placed after 12 p.m delivery will be transferred on the next day. REMINDER TO THE CUSTUNER

• All applications are processed in turn on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Delivery of orders is carried out only after confirmation of the order by the phone number specified when placing the order;
• At the agreed delivery time of the order, the buyer must be at the delivery address;
• Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must, in the presence of the courier, inspect the goods for the presence of the complete set and the absence of external defects in the product;
• After receiving the goods, claims about the appearance and packaging will not be accepted;
• Return shipping will not be refunded;
• If you ordered express delivery, but things did not fit you, you still pay for delivery;
• Applications accepted on weekends are processed on Monday from 9:00 to 18:00.
