1. What are points and how do they work?

• 1 point = 1 leu.
• Points are awarded for purchases of goods both in a physical store and in an online store.
• Points are awarded for discounted items, but you cannot pay for them with points.
• Points can only be used for full-price purchases.
• Points are awarded the day after purchase.
• Valid for 24 months from the date of accrual.
• Bonuses are activated within 24 hours.

2. Registration and birthday bonuses

Every new user receives:

• Welcome bonus: +100 points upon registration.
• Birthday certificate: +1000 points, awarded 3 days before the birthday, valid for 90 days.
• To receive a certificate, the birthday date must be indicated at least 3 days in advance.
• The certificate is counted separately and is not combined with accumulated points.
• The certificate is used once; all points on the certificate are cancelled if partially used.
• The certificate does not apply to discounted items.

3. Accrual of bonuses for purchases

• Accrual: Points are awarded based on the actual amount paid, including discounted items.
• Use: Write-off is possible only in the store, on full-priced items. The write-off percentage depends on the current level.
• Channels: Accrual and redemption of bonus points are available both for purchases made in SPORT SPIRIT physical stores and in the online store. When placing an online order, instant redemption of bonus points is possible only if online payment is selected. If payment to the courier is chosen, bonus points will be redeemed only after the order is paid to the courier.
• Returns: When returning an item, accrued points are forfeited, and points deducted are refunded.

4. Use of bonus points for online purchases

If the order is not paid online, the accrual and redemption of bonus points take place only after payment, once the purchase is completed and a receipt is issued.

Bonus points are accrued based on the actual purchase amount indicated on the receipt.

When receiving your order, please provide the UDS code to the courier so that the bonuses are credited correctly.

For customers from other regions

• Bonuses are credited based on the phone number specified in the UDS app.
• Bonuses can be redeemed only when paying on the website (online payment).

6. Referral System: Earn Points for Referrals

7. Program Terms and Restrictions:

• Bonuses cannot be used for discounted or special-promotion items.
• PUMA socks do not count towards bonuses, but they do earn points.
• All bonuses are valid for up to 24 months.
• Birthday gift bonuses are activated 3 days in advance and are valid for 90 days.
• Bonuses are activated 24 hours after accrual.
• In the event of a refund, bonuses will be returned within 24 hours.

8. Additional privileges when switching to the SPORT SPIRIT loyalty program in UDS:

• When switching from a physical SPORT SPIRIT discount card to the SPORT SPIRIT loyalty program in the UDS app, the customer receives additional privileges.
• The customer is automatically provided with a bonus card with the same level in the SPORT SPIRIT store.
• The bonus card level remains the same in both the Sport Spirit store and Puma networks.
• At the SPORT SPIRIT Outlet store located at 10 O. Ghibu Street, the SPORT SPIRIT loyalty program in the UDS app is available for earning points only. Redeeming points is available at the SPORT SPIRIT store located at 6 D. Cantemir Boulevard.

9. Additional terms.

• Transfer of information related to the bonus card to third parties is at the customer's risk.
• The Company is not responsible for the use of points by third parties.
• The administration reserves the right to change the program terms without prior notice.
