The ANTA WALK 3 running shoes are designed for beginner runners, easy training sessions and extended everyday activity, combining soft cushioning, stability and comfort for wider feet.

The updated [PG7](/en/technology/anta_technologies#pg7)foam, developed in collaboration with Sinopec, provides soft cushioning while reducing the weight of the midsole. It helps absorb impact during walking and running, maintaining comfort both during training and throughout long, active days.

The breathable mesh upper with Haina yarn offers a soft feel, promotes ventilation and helps maintain a comfortable microclimate during activity. Thermoplastic polyurethane and synthetic leather elements reinforce the construction in key areas.

The optimized Haina Wide Last provides additional room for wide or fuller feet and high insteps, making the shoes easier to put on and ensuring a more comfortable fit. The reinforced heel construction helps keep the rearfoot securely in place, while additional lacing holes allow for more precise fit adjustment.

The rubber [A-GRIP](/en/technology/anta_technologies#a-grip) outsole provides stable traction in various conditions, including asphalt, running tracks and slightly wet surfaces. Protective bumpers reinforce areas most exposed to external impact, while the performance insole provides additional comfort. Reflective elements increase visibility in low-light conditions.
