The midsole is made with lightweight ReactX foam, which is 13% more responsive than the previous React technology. It provides springy cushioning and quick responsiveness, especially important during acceleration, jumps, and drives to the basket.

For additional foot containment, the model features a special foam construction inspired by the Wings of Victory - the wings of Nike, the goddess of victory. It wraps around the sides of the foot and helps maintain stability during sharp lateral movements and Giannis' signature Eurostep.

The signature Giannis traction pattern is designed to provide reliable grip on the court. It helps maintain control during deceleration, pivots, changes of direction, and other quick moves. The low-cut collar allows freedom of movement around the ankle, while the lightweight and breathable textile upper helps keep the foot comfortable during intense play.
