The upper of the trainers is made of an improved mesh that is highly breathable and allows your feet to breathe even during the most intense workouts. The main comfort feature of this model is the innovative [Dreamstrike+](/en/technology/adidas-technologies#dreamstrike) midsole - a lightweight and resilient foam material designed to provide soft cushioning and smooth, comfortable energy return with every step.

[Support Rods](/en/technology/adidas-technologies#support-rods) built into the midsole stabilise the foot, guiding movement from landing to final push-off. The shape of the sole with increased roll in the toe area promotes a more natural roll of the foot and facilitates forward movement, making each step even smoother and more dynamic.
